The main office, swimming pool, cabins, RV & Tent camping, "Bad Rabbit Cafe," and a dirt strip for fly-in guests will be found. The main office has a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They do not show properties or sell properties. The ranch sold out in the late '60s and early '70s. The ranch has a road fee of $210.26 for 2023 which helps to keep the road equipment up and to run. Most of South County's land is not financeable since most roads are private, so most sales are cash. We will not sell your property without going through the title company. Closings can take as much as 45 days to close & depending on the research, could take longer. You do not have to be here for closing, as most are done by fed-ex and wire transfer.
