April 2022 brought a new smart technology water heater, new cabinets, and Pergo Outlast Flooring in the laundry room. A new HVAC unit was installed in September 2023, followed by a new garage door spring in April 2024. In May 2024, they updated the front and back doors and all door hardware to flat black, replaced any damaged interior doors, and renewed all exterior stairs. This June, new carpet was installed in the living room, hallway, and all three bedrooms, the septic system was inspected and pumped, and a fresh termite treatment was applied by Orkin. Additionally, all ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, and plumbing fixtures inside the house have been replaced. All outdoor lighting fixtures and workshop lights have been updated to LED. All three garage door openers have been replaced, and every interior wall has been painted at least once, with touch-ups done just this June.
