Head upstairs to the rooftop and enjoy 360 degree views of the Gulf and Intracoastal. Watch the sunrise from the east and the sun set to the west all from your rooftop deck without having to leave your home!! The AC unit is 5 years old and the water heater is 4 years old. There is also ample storage (all three bedrooms have huge walk-in closets) and a beach shed downstairs on the street level with a beach wagon, chairs, cooler and umbrella. This home is 900 feet from the beach with a pedestrian crosswalk at the corner to get safely across Gulf Shore Blvd. This home is also part of a HOA that offers residents use of the private Beach Club (see pictures) on the beautiful, white sandy Gulf beaches at any time, which includes free parking available to only residents of our HOA. And one can simply walk across the residential street (30 steps) and access the public easements that have been allotted to residents on the peninsula to sit on a bench and enjoy being right down on the Intracoastal to watch the marine life and boats speed by.
