Rural Paradise!!!! This property needs some cleaning but would have amazing views if some trees were trimmed back! The house needs trim, paint, flooring, and cleanup but is mostly complete. It was set up with 12 volt and 120 volt lights to be super-efficient while off the grid. It is a gravel road off HWY 3 for about 5 miles and casually driving it takes about 25 minutes.
