It has had major restructure work through the years. It

has 3 bedrooms and a bath on the 2 nd floor. There is a full bath, with new shower on the main floor with 4 th bedroom or den. There is a gas stove and refrigerator included. Basement has had water seal and Dryloc treatment on the walls. Mechanicals are all updated. The furnace and water heater are 2 years

old and the A/C will be installed for the buyer. The stairs were redirected and the center beams were all

reinforced when the house was purchased The roof was redone about 2005. At the same time the entire interior roof truces were reinforced and made structurally sound. Insulation was added at the time also. The Township just finished putting in new water lines with new lines to every house. There is a new fire hydrant on the north property line by the street.There are 2 old outbuildings

that need major repair, but have no value.
