" Wildlife- we have seen a wolf, a fox, bear, caribou, lynx and tons of moose, hares (there has been a family living on the property for the last few years and they've never bothered the garden), spruce hen and the coyotes will wake us up howling at times. " The south facing windows equal lots of beautiful light in the house in the winter and a hot deck in summer, perfect for lounging/reading/bird watching/eating outside. We also have amazing views of the sunsets and sunrises in the winter. " Your view will remain your view, you don't have to worry about development with the way the property lines are and the native land around the neighborhood.
