They did a very good job at protecting the lime and grapefruit trees during the extended freezing temperatures of last winter. And yes, these greenhouses come with the property. Also coming with the property are the wine-bottle watering systems (resting in a porous ceramic watering stake) that are at the base of many of the trees and vines on the property. These should be removed during the winter months. (It ll be easy to store them over the winter in their shipping boxes.) Two bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet and full bathroom. Indoor laundry room with W/D, and outdoor utility room, fenced in backyard. 2014 Roof, HVAC is regularly serviced and works well, 2022 Refrigerator and hot water heater.
