Horizon is close to everything that makes Myrtle Beach so special. There are amenities galore including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, a fitness center, an outdoor rooftop terrace with relaxing stations complete with umbrellas, enclosed climate-controlled hallways with garbage chutes, a 4-story parking garage with 4 high-speed elevators that require security cards to operate. Horizon @ 77th has full-time employees for maintenance and housekeeping, the hallways and entire complex are always spotless and clean. HOA dues take care of common electricity, power to the unit, building insurance/maintenance, pest control, high-speed internet with expanded cable tv including HBO, Showtime, and NFL Network, all reserves, grounds, pools, water, sewer, and garbage service. An on-site restaurant with a bar area is next door. Mostly furnished(some personal property and decor does not convey) and since it has never been rented you can move in and enjoy it immediately without having to honor upcoming rentals.
