As an agent who isa native of Northern Virginia, I have extensive knowledge of the area. Prior to moving to Warrenton 20 years ago with my family, I lived in Manassas for 32 years. I have spent 28 years in the real estate industry to include Construction/Land Loan Officer, Property Management and Real Estate Sales. As an expert in the local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate. Find properties that most closely matches your search criteria, referral to a reputable Lender who will find the right loan program for you, make appointments to view homes of choice, CMA prior to contract to insure a fair offer, negotiate on your behalf to include sales price, earnest money deposit, breakdown of closing costs, what items convey, set up home inspection and closing, work closely with the lender and closing company, stay in close communication with "you" the purchaser and closely monitor the transaction from start to close.

Sell a Home

CMA to accurately price your home, listing on MRIS (local mls), advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, conduct home tours, gather feedback from all showing agents via lockbox, negotiate the purchase contract, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork, supervise the closing and stay in close communication with "you" the seller from start to close.
