California REALTOR® Tisha Turner brings her clients a valuable blend of knowledge, experience, and communication skills. She also brings a desire to help every client enhance their financial standing through the wise purchase or sale of real estate.

Tisha was introduced to investments at a very young age, when she accompanied relatives in a weekly routine of checking on tenants and exploring new properties to purchase. They also attended storage unit auctions and flea markets to network with other investors and find treasures. Her weekly reading list always included the Sunday San Francisco Chronicle Real Estate section.

In these years, she not only learned to think like an investor, she learned never to judge a book by its cover - be it a person or a property.

Every position she held before becoming a REALTOR® has added to the skills she now brings to her real estate clients. She was an investigator, doing background screening to help employers choose suitable employees. She worked in banking, performing maintenance on credit card accounts and educating consumers on wise use of credit. She also worked with delinquent accounts, helping people get back on track.

Through these positions, she developed skill in explaining complex subjects so that they could be understood by anyone, no matter their background. She also developed a firm belief that every person, regardless of their educational or financial level, not only craves but deserves respect.

In 2002, Tisha went to work for the IRS, because she wanted knowledge of tax law. In 2007 she became a licensed agent because she wanted knowledge of real estate practice and regulations. In order to give the very best to her clients, she's taken additional classes in Real Estate Finance, Economics, Appraisal, and Property Management.

By 2016 her passion for real estate and her desire to be an asset to others led her to become a licensed Broker. Her goal is to build lasting relationships with people and to assist them in making economically sound real estate decisions.

Tisha is a member in good standing of the California Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, United Capoeira Association, and TZU CHI USA Foundation.

Her hobbies and spare-time activities include reading, researching, dancing, and riding horseback with her daughter. She also enjoys meditating, observing nature, and listening to comedy or music. A pet lover, she shares her home with a lively Terrier mix named Snappy.

She brings her clients service that is excellent, effective, and efficient. But more than that, she brings a high level of caring and a willingness to go that extra mile to help them achieve their real estate goals.
