I've been working in real estate since 1996, and attribute my success to understanding the rhythms of the real estate cycle-and to having patience, stamina, and focus on nurturing prospective sellers throughout the year. I follow a steady plan, use the real estate technology available, and stay in touch with prospective customers throughout the year; when it's time to list their home, I'm the one they remember to get the sale done.

I'm proud that I get many referrals from satisfied customers and I've had the pleasure of working with some second-generation customers-grown children of customers who turned to me when it was their time to buy or sell a home. I'm a long-time Clifton resident and although I work mostly in Passaic County, I have had real estate transactions in towns from Butler to Brielle. I find there's great joy in real estate.
