Prior to founding her company, Pam Peck was among the top leaders in real estate sales and management in a neighboring state for eleven years. For the past 24 years Pam has been the Owner/ Broker of Century 21 Mid-State Realty in the city of Winchester in Franklin County Tennessee. Pam was one of three partners to develop Franklin County's first condominium project. This project has extremely successful. Pam has a number of builders that work primarily with her. Pam has a love to help families to design and build their dream homes.

Pam Peck was among the top leaders in real estate sales and management in a neighboring state for eleven years. Pam earned a degree in Business Administration and Interior Design. Pam served as State Treasurer for the North Carolina Home Builders Association Women's Council in 1988-89.
