It's simple for Kim: She loves helping people with one of life's biggest investments - real estate - and she has an innate care and patience to ensure they have a rewarding experience from start to finish. Having gained her savvy industry skills at both large and small brokerages and as head of her own team, Kim feels privileged to help any client that comes her way, including the ten - and counting - out-of-state buyers she helped relocate to Indiana.

A Los Angeles native, Kim earned a B.A. in childhood studies from California State University, San Bernardino, which undoubtedly nurtured her compassionate side and one her buyers and sellers have come to appreciate. However, she was always drawn to real estate and the aesthetics of a home, and her earliest experience in the industry was as an appraiser's assistant for two years during college that proved memorable. Kim is equally interested in the data side of the business as much as the personal stories of why people buy and sell homes and what appeals to them most, allowing her to blend her empathy with keen market insights and problem-solving proficiency.

Kim lives in Zionsville with her husband (and former college sweetheart!), three sons, and a happily spoiled Beabull dog named Bean. She loves to unwind with shopping, lunching with friends, and volunteering at her church and sons' schools. Kim cites her 20th wedding anniversary in 2022 as her greatest achievement, and she wants you to realize your own successes, too.
