Terry Williams is a sixth-generation native Texan raised in Wise County, Texas. She resides on a farm near the community of Greenwood with her husband, Danny Neighbors. They have 5 grown children and 9 grandchildren. She attended Weatherford College with an emphasis in accounting.

Terry has been an active member of her community for years. She retired from Boyd ISD with 29 years of service before beginning her career in real estate. She is passionate about helping her clients buy and sell residential and farm/ranch properties in Wise, Montague, and surrounding counties. She knows the importance of taking care of her clients in an ethical manner. As a proud member of the Century 21 Judge Fite Company, Terry carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.

When Terry isn't making property owners' dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with family and volunteering for the Decatur Chamber of Commerce Ambassador program. Her hobbies include fishing, hiking, snow skiing, horseracing, and traveling.
