Hi, I'm Terra! I am originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico and spent most of my life calling it home. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science from the University of New Mexico in 2019 before moving to the Bay Area with my husband. He is from the area, born and raised, however we met while I was still in college and he was stationed in El Paso, TX in the Army.

I have always worked in the service industry, whether it be as a lifeguard, teaching swim lessons to all ages, working in a restaurant, or administrative work- I have done a little of everything. All my prior experience and social skills have ultimately led me to real estate. As I build my career in real estate, I will provide my clients with the expertise and knowledge they deserve.

My husband and I bought a house in Yuba City in September of 2020 with the help of a wonderful Century 21 Select Agent. We were first time homebuyers and had the best experience! Our agent represented our best interests and left a lasting impression of how effortless the process can be with the right support.

We were drawn to Yuba City for a few reasons; one of them being how centrally located we are between Lake Tahoe, Sacramento, the Bay Area, Redding, and even the coast. There are so many places to go within two hours in any direction. Another reason we love this area is the small town feel to it- driving through all the orchards and farmland to get here is one of my favorite things. My husband, our dog and I go explore different lakes all the time and it is convenient to have so many places to choose from within a relatively short distance.

I understand that purchasing a home is one of the biggest and most important transactions someone will go through in their life.
