My name is Terence Thomas.I am a real estate professional and top producing agent in Maryland and Washington, D.C. I have lived in the DMV (an acronym for "DC, Maryland and Virginia") since 1987 and call Silver Spring, MD my home. In my practice of real estate I am well known for my great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, cooperating agents.
