For Team 2, being realtors is not just a job it is our passion! Team 2 Real Estate with Century 21 Morrison Realty has been successfully serving the Minot area as top producers for over 10 years. We are a team of two full-time Associate Brokers, Shanel Effertz and Ashleigh Collins. We are well known as negotiators with a drive and confidence for creating win/win results for every client. Our attention to detail, personalized client solutions, and tenacity have made it possible for us to take care of our clients with exceptional service.

The USAF brought Ashleigh Collins and her family to Minot over 12 years ago. As a military spouse she became an expert in moving with more than 10 moves in 20 years. After her husband retired from active duty, they decided to make Minot their permanent home. Ashleigh serves on the board of several non-profit, community organizations and was active in the Minot Board of Realtors, serving as President of the Board in 2013. Ashleigh married her middle school sweetheart, Chris, and they have 5 children and 8 grandchildren who are the lights of their lives. Ashleigh loves singing with her church's Worship Team, fishing, and spending time at Lake Sakakawea with her family.
