I have many years experience and have achieved additional designations over the years as well. I have been a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2000, I Obtained my Associate Broker License in 2003, became the Principal Broker/Owner December 2006 through current. I have obtained the ABR Designation (Accredited Buyer Representative) and the SFR Designation (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Specialist).

I am a Realtor and MLS member of both the Iron County Board of Realtors and the Washington County Board of Realtors, allowing me to assist buyers and sellers in all of Southern Utah. I also have a lot of experience with 1031 Exchange investments, relocations and I manage a few rentals as well.
