My name is Steven Clague, and I am a Realtor in Raleigh, North Carolina. I have lived in Raleigh since 2020 but grew up by the beach in Cape Carteret. I graduated from Croatan High School, where my most substantial accomplishment was winning the Cougar Choice Award. This award was received at my graduation and represents the student of the year with great perseverance, work ethic, and diligence which are some of the qualities that drew me to the real estate industry in addition to loving homes and interior design. My goal as a real estate agent goes beyond simply assisting people with buying and selling property. I aspire to help people understand the real estate market and make beneficial decisions regarding their investments in this business. Communication is the biggest downfall for real estate agents, so I plan to go above and beyond in sharing the information and knowledge I have to get to the closing table as smoothly as possible. I vow to put my clients first and negotiate the best options that suit their needs and interests. I've spent the last two years learning everything there is to know about the real estate industry - from how to create relationships to researching the current market and assessing home value. I'm applying this knowledge as a real estate agent for Century 21 Triangle Group, where I am helping clients navigate the real estate industry while giving them the perspective necessary to assist them in their decision-making. I chose Century 21 because, for the past 5 decades, they have worked to defy mediocrity and are relentless in every aspect of innovation and service. I support this by being proactive, keeping open communication, and finding the best way to help my clients achieve their real estate goals. I believe real estate requires personal accountability, which is why I strive to improve every day in all aspects.
