A native Virginian, I began my real estate career in 1983 through the family business of new homes and commercial real estate development. I am full-time licensed REALTOR serving the Northern Virginia area since 1986. In 2009, I served as President of the Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS, and have participated in many leadership positions and committees. I was most recently named 2008 FAAR REALTOR of the Year and received the 2009 Code of Ethics Leadership Award for both FAAR and VAR. As a member of the Virginia Association of REALTORS Board of Directors, I actively participate in governmental affairs as an advocate for property rights, home ownership and other real estate-related issues.
