Sharon is a 20-year licensed real estate professional in Florida and with Century 21. Over the years, Century 21 has recognized and prestigiously awarded Sharon as one of "Century 21's finest" awarding her the OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT AWARD, MASTERS SILVER, MASTERS RUBY, CENTURION PRODUCER and DOUBLE CENTURIAN PRODUCER awards, to name a few. Sharon is originally from Iowa and moved to Florida in 2001. Sharon has been married for over 37 years with 20 of those years as an active-duty military spouse. As a former career military spouse, Sharon's military experience allows her to assist military families with empathetic understanding while navigating around obstacles that present themselves throughout the PCS and relocation process. In addition, Sharon's diverse background, real estate knowledge, expertise of market conditions and the real estate buying process allows her to assist a variety of clients from first-time home buyers, luxury buyers seeking beach front and coastal community properties as well as land acquisition for land development for residential or commercial use.

Sharon is a mother of two adult sons that both graduated from the University of South Florida and a proud Grandmother of three lovely grandchildren.
