Sharam Ahrony started his real estate career in California focusing on the residential real estate market as a real estate sales agent and later pursued his broker's license. He has also practiced real estate in Nevada as well as New Jersey in prior years. Sharam is now specializing in residential sales and rentals (nyc apartments consisting of condos, co-ops, condo-ops, townhomes/townhouses, and rental buildings) all throughout New York City (NYC) aka Manhattan. Being a home-buyer himself, he understands the intricacies involved in purchasing real estate from a buyer's perspective. In addition, Sharam has sold multiple properties personally and understands what a home-seller's views are when selling their real estate. This firsthand knowledge gives Sharam the ability to lead clients smoothly and efficiently throughout the home buying and selling process. His thorough understanding of the residential rentals market in NYC also simplifies the renting/rental process for both renters and landlords.
