Hello there! I am Robyn Affleck, a dedicated real estate agent with CENTURY 21 Real Estate Center. Having worked in the real estate industry for 5 years, I have gained valuable experience and skills in helping sellers and buyers navigate the real estate market.

As a real estate agent, I find the most enjoyment in helping sellers prepare their property to look its best, without spending more than necessary. I also take pride in educating buyers on the various steps and forms involved in buying a home, as well as different strategies that can be employed based on their financial situation and needs. I believe in ensuring that my clients have a clear understanding of the entire process, including what to expect from potential buyers and how to work with contracts.

My expertise lies in curb appeal, and I specialize in serving the Pacific Northwest region. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time in my yard and keeping my shrubs and annuals looking healthy. Hiking and walking are also some of my favorite pastimes, and I am an avid fan of exercise and baseball.

I am committed to giving back to the community and contributing to worthy causes, such as Easterseals and animal rescue. As a Renton resident for over 40 years and having worked for King County Parks for 17 years, I am very familiar with the area and can offer valuable insights to my clients.
