Reggie Butler opened Envision Realty in 2013 and has over a decade of real estate experience under his belt, along with his affiliated sales associates. Reggie's team prides itself on their commitment toward excellence - striving to explore news ideas and equip themselves with the latest technologies so their valued clients can benefit from each real estate transaction. The decision to collaborate Envision Realty and CENTURY 21 was a dream that came true. The Executive team of CENTURY 21 believed in Reggie's vision, aspirations, mind-set and ambitious. What a perfect match! Reggie has worked diligently with a full team, in handling and performing services, such as rekeying, cleaning, contract bids, winterization and plenty more. Butler's teaches his team the best experienced of all time; how to present impeccable customer services towards sellers/buyers. Reggie hopes to not only represent homebuyers and sellers, but also serve the community with his 501©3, non-profit organization, Envision Foundation. This heart to heart Foundation focuses on donating sales commission to support charitable programs with furnishings for emergency and transitional housing, clothing, child care, employment counseling, job placement, and many other humanitarian avenues. These highlighted programs have received numerous awards for community service from Calvary Women's Shelter, Boys and Girls Club, and sponsorships with DC Running Club. Envision Foundation also works to raise money for childhood obesity, breast cancer, and many others. They have their own mentorship program to teach real estate and vending to high school and middle school children to educate them on entrepreneurship. Butler believes that giving back to those areas are a key to any success.
