I never know what the day is going to bring. Any time I can help someone buy or sell a home; I am as thrilled as they are. At age 19, my wife, Lydia, and I bought our first home. Well, it wasn't exactly a home. It was a shell with no walls, no plumbing, and no electric. We finished it and turned it into a rental property. We bought our second and third homes, rehabbed them and subsequently were awarded the Mayor's Award for Excellence in Historic Preservation and the Mayor's Award for Excellence in Property Improvements.

It was approximately at this time that I became licensed as a REALTOR. That was 37 years ago. Today, home buyers are smarter than they have ever been. In helping someone find the right home, or sell a home, we begin building a strong relationship. We listen to their wants and needs because they are our first priority. And because our reputation is at stake, every time we help you purchase a home or sell a home, we conduct our business regarding integrity as a sacred thing.
