Born and raised in Grapevine, TX, Perry was a breakthrough talent in wake surfing at age 10. In fact, he has the distinction of being named the youngest athlete to be sponsored by a boat company, Tige Boats. His talent and grit helped earn his rapid rise on a professional level and national spotlight and winning competitions throughout the country.

Perry brings that winning drive to real estate. His knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth's real estate market trends at all price points makes him a valuable resource to his clients. He brings a pragmatic and analytical approach to real estate and provides confidence to his buyers and sellers to make the most educated decision for their needs. He also brings his entrepreneurial-spirit and innovation into everything he does and is an enthusiastic problem solver.

When not selling real estate, Perry continues to compete nationally as a professional wake surfer. He is actively involved in several charities including the American Breast Cancer Society. Last year, he raised more than $100,000 for this charity. An outdoor enthusiast, Perry enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, fishing, flying planes, scuba diving, and much more.
