Información Personal

Personal Profile

Nate Vogel is a motivated agent with extensive market knowledge and experience in community development. Though he is young and at the start of his real estate career, he is competent and more than capable of providing the top tier service you expect and deserve. His education prior to obtaining his real estate license includes achieving a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning and an Associates degree in Environmental Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Certificate in Venture Creation from VCU's DaVinci Center, and a Culinary Arts degree from Lincoln Technical Institute. While working on his various degrees he was employed as a chef, honing his culinary skills and providing excellent service to his community in between classes. Tangentially, he co-founded a company while attending VCU that focused on the development of mycelium technology into usable products. Of the uses we came up with, the most successful were our pervious-paver prototypes which were able to win over $10,000 in funding from the university and various private investors. After completing his education, he worked as the manager of the Potomac Place Aquatic Nature Center at Leesylvania State Park, where he oversaw the business, maintained the facility, and educated the public about the history, geography, and wildlife within the park. His background in Urban and Regional Planning provides him with a deep understanding of community development and the ever-changing needs of people within a community, as well as experience and comfort navigating the complex laws that govern both planning and real estate. His knowledge of earth systems sciences allows him to inform you more thoroughly of the exact environmental risks associated with a given investment, as well as ways to mitigate risks or liabilities. His experience with venture creation gave him the opportunity to practice high stakes business dealings with investors and public figures alike and is proof that he is capable of securing large investments from key players. And lastly, his career as a chef tested his ability to multitask, requiring him to provide a top quality product while maintaining the high standards of service his customers have grown to expect from him.
