Hobbies

My family and my faith hold top priority for me. We are active in the Methodist Church, love to salt water fish, and have a sweet dog named Allie who lives with us. I have been married to the same man for 42 years. I love good movies, reading books, shopping, and going to the beach. My husband loves to read historical stuff ocean fishing and riding on his tractor. Work is my third love after God and family. I enjoy meeting people and helping them sell their home.

Other Awards & Recognition

I have both a GRI and CRS designations, held a leadership role in the local board of Realtors for many years, and was honored for my service to them as well as to the local college. Last year I obtained my CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation in order to help the many homeowners who had lost their jobs and were threatening to lose their homes. In recent years, I have managed our office, been the Broker-In-Charge, and trained and recruited new agents for the firm. We have received numerous awards from the Century 21 national association to include Centurion Office Production for the past 4 years and in 2007 we received a real honor by receiving an award for the highest Production Per Agent in North and South Carolina. We continue to have the highest market share in our area in both listings and sales!

Personal Profile

I am a grandmother of 5 (under 10 years of age)! I had three children myself, but there is nothing like being a grandma!! My oldest daughter had triplets, Emma, Eliza and Mac, and my second daughter has 2 boys named Jackson and Lucas. I have been a Realtor for over 35 years and have been blessed to go to work almost every day excited about what I do! We began this company in 2 rooms with no secretary and now, twenty five years later, we have over 20 agents and 5000 square foot office. We believe in only agents who are well trained professionals and who are held to the highest standards of integrity! Our business is based on referrals so we want to make sure every customer leaves as an advocate for Century 21 McAlpine Associates!

Specializations

We began marketing new developments in Conway in 1988 and have continued with that throughout the years. We live and work in a small town and often handle the listings and sales for multiple members of a family and several generations as well. We have individual agents who specialize in condos, land development, and resales. We cover a large land area from the coast at Myrtle Beach to the farmlands of Galivants Ferry and Aynor.
