Hi, I'm Nadezhda. From an early age I was deeply drawn to people of all backgrounds. In school, besides the core subjects, we studied different ethnic groups and countries through geography. Naturally, it became my favorite class-right after English. After graduating, I pursued a degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, though in hindsight I probably should have chosen Psychology. Those were the two paths I was genuinely considering. I've always had a strong intuition for people, and I believe we are all connected in one way or another-though many don't realize it. But that's a deeper conversation that can't be explained in a few words. Over the years, I've worked across several industries. I contributed to the early development of a regional ski resort project, which remains highly popular today. I also helped grow a small business, and eventually the owner offered me an equal partnership. Later, in a telecommunications company, I secured a major long-term contract-an achievement my director praised by saying no employee before me had ever elevated the company's reputation to such a level. What inspires me in real estate is the human side of it-the diversity, the stories, the chance to truly understand people, their needs, and their hopes. Buying a home is a big step, sometimes involving a move from another city or even another country. I've started life from scratch multiple times in different countries, so I genuinely understand this journey. I want to help people not only achieve this dream but also share in the experience with them. It's a new chapter in their lives, and I'm honored to be part of it. On the other hand, when life circumstances require someone to sell a home, I want to support that transition as well. It's also a new stage-just from the opposite side of the story. My passion-my true love-is foreign languages. Not just studying them from textbooks, but living them: immersing myself in the cultural environment of each country. It allows me to connect with people, their traditions, and their ways of life on a deeper, more authentic level. Another important part of my life is spiritual growth. I'm actively practicing it now, and it helps me stay grounded, compassionate, and connected-both to myself and to the people I serve.
