ABOUT ME

I?m a native Hoosier, having lived for many years in several South-Central Indiana. My family now lives in Monroe County, just north of Bloomington near the Morgan-Monroe State Forest. My wife, Cindy, and I have been married for 42 years and have raised three children; we now have five fantastic grandchildren that we try to keep up with. We also enjoy home improvement projects and working in our vegetable garden. Cindy?s salsa and jams are practically famous! We are active members of Calvary Baptist Church in Bloomington.

PROFESSIONAL

Throughout my career path, I have focused on identifying and implementing practical solutions for my customers. I have had various management and sales positions where I?ve honed both my results-focused negotiation skills and my ability to carefully listen to the desires and concerns of my clients to ensure their needs are met. I am a problem solver that is quick to communicate and respond. I also maintain a network of quality service providers to give my clients options while navigating the home buying or selling experience. I pride myself on being thorough, meeting all deadlines on time, and keeping my clients on track simply because the details matter.

I haven?t always been a real estate agent, though. Prior to joining the C21 team, I worked as a residential home inspector for a pest control company, specialized in performing wood destroying insect inspections. In addition to these and other common pests, I offered my clients practical solutions to various wildlife, rodent and excessive moisture issues. Over the years as an inspector, I identified various problems with my customers? homes that most were totally unaware of. Many of these issues had substantial associated and unplanned costs, which could have been avoided had the homeowner had a real estate agent who could provide them sound advice from the get-go. As a REALTOR? with extensive residential experience, I can help guide you through this process and help explore possible solutions.

I am passionate about helping and advocating for my clients. Buying or selling your home is one of the biggest decisions you will make during your lifetime and the details really do matter. I am honored to be a part of people?s lives in this way and I take this privilege very seriously.
