Thank you for the opportunity to let me tell you a little about myself and why I am confident that I can best service your Real Estate needs. I was raised in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas. Shortly after attending Stephen F. Austin State University in East Texas I began my career in property management for the largest developer of multifamily housing in the nation. Within 9 months I was awarded top producing Leasing Consultant of the year. I was then promoted to Leasing Manager and traveled the nation opening numerous communities. I met and exceeded budgeted occupancy and income goals. I was also recognized as one of the national rent growth leaders to the delight of our property investors. I relocated to Atlanta in 1996 to open a series of communities. It did not take long for me to decide that I wanted Georgia to be my forever home. Metro Atlanta has something for everyone. A vibrant city blended with incredible parks, well planned suburbs with top rated schools, beautiful mountain ranges, and scenic lakes. Another perk for me personally is being a short six hour drive from my favorite gulf shore beaches. In 1999 I obtained my real estate license and began working for a national builder. My success in sales and customer service continued there and I won the divisional sales presentation contest as well as homeowner orientation presentation contest my first year of employment. When I decided to broaden my real estate services beyond builder services I joined the Century 21 Results Realty Services finding they truly had all the resources needed to be a true full service brokerage.
