Melissa Nace, a York County native, is a highly motivated, detail-oriented, caring, licensed realtor who is also a veteran teacher in the high school community. As a teacher of over twenty years, she brings all of those essential teaching skills to the real estate world: innovation, perseverance, an eye for detail, caring for others, being a life-long learner of all things, and explaining difficult concepts in understandable ways.

Additionally, she puts her clients first and has a win-win mentality in transactions. She has the innate sense to understand what her clients want and need when buying or selling a property even if it is unspoken. Overall, her desire is to help them achieve their dreams while educating them on the process of the transaction to make it smoother and less stressful for all involved.

Melissa has an undergraduate degree in psychology and Spanish and a Master's Degree in Education with a whole bunch of additional post-baccalaureate education on her resume. She has also been fortunate enough to live in Central and South America where she studied and taught while residing with local residents. However, she has spent most of her life right here in South Central Pennsylvania where she worked and raised her family and she is extremely proud of her two adult children who grew up in this community.

Since she has spent so much time right here in York County, she is extremely familiar with and knowledgeable about the area and what it has to offer. She has deep, strong connections with the people and places which help her to be successful in locating the perfect home in the perfect location for her clients. She is not only a realtor, she is a neighbor.

In her spare time, Melissa volunteers with therapeutic riding lessons for those with special needs. She thoroughly loves experiencing the joy of the students and volunteers, as well as the amazing personalities of the horses. In addition to her volunteering, she enjoys gardening, reading, kayaking, and spending time in nature, especially around her home in Southwestern York County. Most importantly, Melissa loves to be with her family and friends (and her dogs). She looks forward to counting her clients as friends as she moves through this process with them.
