My interest in real estate started very young with family real estate businesses in California. I started my real estate career in 1988 in California with my salespersons license. In 1996 we were relocated (Military) to Melbourne, Florida where I received my salespersons license in 1996. In 2001 I wanted to advance my career by getting my Brokers license. As a broker I was an office manager and a member of numerous committees (i.e., Grievance, Professional Standards, RPAC, Legislative and International) on the board of Realtors. Additionally I served as the 2012 President of the Melbourne Area Association of Realtors and a director on the Florida Association of Realtors. Charities that I support and feel strongly about are the Brevard Homeless School Children, Easter Seals (donate a portion of each of my commission earned), Serene Harbor, and The Cancer Foundation. I have worked for Century 21 since 1996." My specialty is representing my clients in their purchases and sales. My clients are important to me, no matter what the price range. My experience in finance, contracts, negotiating and marketing produce the results you seek! I have 8 years of full-time local real estate experience and my brokers license.
