Marisabine Unzaga-Burgos from Caracas Venezuela raised in Miami Beach, she has

lived in Gainesville, Florida, have been in Jacksonville, Florida since 2018. While Florida

is home, Alaska is her favorite summer getaway.

Completed her studies in Broward College in Business Analytics, in 2018. And currently

taking courses in System Application at FSCJ. She has worked with executives as

business support in Health care, Real Estate, Hospitality, Higher Education, Human

Resources, Building Construction supporting businesses in human resources,

accounting/payroll, and product brand sales specialist.

Captivated with First Coast beaches, river, springs, hiking trails, watersports activities,

sunsets, driving her car to the beach, longer winter months, southern food, less traffic- A

great place to improve her communication skills; the reason she chose Jacksonville, Florida

as her home.

Her passion for financial stability to support her retired parents, financial literacy allowed

her homeownership dream; lead her to earn her real estate license in April 2024. As

Realtor, she will devote her time, opportunity to prioritize the needs of her clients,

communicate with all those Spanish speaker clients, international clients interested on

investing in the First Coast. As a homeowner herself, she will create a seamless process to

all clients renting, existing, and new buyers reach their financial goals.
