While raising 2 children, she bought and sold her own properties, as well as facilitated real estate sales & purchases for clients. Cindy spent the rest of her New Jersey Real Estate career working exclusively with an investor averaging over 300 sales a year.

In October 2020, Cindy moved to Oahu, to join her family and live out her dream of owning a piece of paradise and bringing her real estate expertise to Hawaii. As co-founder of The Mālama Group, and a seasoned real estate professional, Cindy mentors new agents on skilled business practices and educates the public in all aspects of real estate.
