The state of Virginia became my permanent home in 1990 as we as we separated from the US Navy. I currently call Potomac Falls (Sterling) and Loudoun County my home. Prior to this I lived in Stafford for 25 years and upon moving to Virginia I lived in both Fairfax and Prince William counties. I am very familiar with the area ,the schools and what it means to serve in the US Military. I was born and raised in Northern Kentucky (Greater Cincinnati Area). My experience in Real Estate includes over 30 years working in the industry which includes assisting buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. I was proudly Licensed as a Broker in 2014, Full time REALTOR in2005, and served as a Property Manager from 1990-2005 I am a Certified USAA and Navy Fed (CARTUS) relocation agent, a certified Military Relocation Professional, an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Short Sale Foreclosure Representative and am, e-Pro certified I have been very happily married for over 39 years to a Submarine Veteran of the US Navy. We have raised 2 beautiful daughters who both attended Virginia public schools and both have Master's Degrees from Virginia Universities . My production through 2022 includes 225+ transactions (sales/rentals)with a total volume of over$48 million I am a Member of National Association of REALTORS, Virginia Association of REALTORS and Fredericksburg Association of REALTORS I was a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS from 2012-2017 where I served as Treasurer2015 and 2016 and was elected Member of the Year in 2015. I enjoy working with first time buyers and sellers as well as seasoned buyers and sellers. I take pride in customer service and promise to follow every transaction detail through from start to finish, keeping my clients informed every step of the way with constant communication.
