Fun fact is that I am a 1970 Floridian, raised in Carol City, FL. Moved in 2011 to Orlando and since 2015 Live in Winter Haven, where I purchased my 1st home. Decided to become a Realtor after I purchased my home because of all the nightmare's that I had and the first realtor was not there to assist me or explain the process until I met Marion Golden. He assisted me and made sure THAT I was successful in getting my home during the process, I did my homework and made sure I saved all necessary funds for my home by his coaching, as he knew the frustration that I went in the first attempt to get my home and get denied 3 days prior to closing.
