Hi there! My name is Liset Santos, and I bring a fresh perspective to the real estate market. My love for real estate began when my husband and I purchased our first home together in 2019. I was so intrigued by all of the different technical aspects that went into buying a home - from lending, to inspections, then appraisals, and beyond! It became an object of passion for me, because I realized before that moment, I had no idea of just how intricate the inner-workings of the real estate market really were. Also, who doesn't love going down a good Zillow-rabbit hole at 1am; or dreaming of exactly what you could do with that 1.5 million dollar mansion on 37 acres next to Lake Monroe?? But I digress… that first-time home-buying experience was what led me to want to become a realtor myself. My goal is to help my clients find their dream home - after all, it is one of the biggest and most important investments that a person will make in their lifetime. It's important to me to aid in making that process as smooth, and enjoyable as possible! I want to help safely navigate you through this journey and leave you feeling confident and pleased with the entire process; and hopefully, with more knowledge of real estate than you had before!

As for selling a home, at CENTURY 21 Scheetz, I am armed with an incredible network of agents/brokers, managers, and support staff that are extremely resourceful when it comes to addressing each facet that it takes to adequately market a home- and get it sold! In addition to having access to the immense global network that is CENTURY 21 and all that it has to offer, I also hold a Bachelor's Degree of Science and Public Affairs from Indiana University in Bloomington. I majored in Environmental Management and graduated from S.P.E.A in 2015. Formerly a Chicago-native, I did what any college-grad who fell in love with a "townie" would do and I made Bloomington my permanent residence. This town (and its surrounding counties) hold a very special place in my heart, and I like to consider myself an honorary Hoosier by default. Beyond real estate, I love being at home with my husband and our 3 pups, but also exploring the outdoors and appreciating the beauty of nature. I also spend time mastering different components of the mind, body and soul such as meditation, yoga, and self-defense or martial arts training.
