Lisa S. Moore, a retired military officer, is a licensed Associate Broker, Realtor in Virginia. Her national designations Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). With over 10 years of experience, Lisa has diverse experience advising clients who are First Time Homebuyers, Investors, buying New Construction, and more. She also has closed transactions with many different types of financing to include VA, FHA, Conventional, VHDA, 203k Rehab loans, Reverse Mortgages, private financing and more. She has closed numerous transactions with clients who were across the country as well as overseas.

In addition to being a full-time Realtor, she enjoys teaching and volunteering in the real estate industry. She teaches the Principles of Real Estate course at

Alpha College of Real Estate.

Also, she volunteers with the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) in three different ways. She teaches Homebuyer Education courses as part of the VHDA Military Education team and with the Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority VHDA program. She is a VHDA certified facilitator, and thus has been coordinating and teaching VHDA Homebuyer Education classes for several years in Norfolk and Chesapeake.

Further, Lisa volunteers for the Hampton Roads Realtors Association (HRRA). She has published several articles in the Realtor On Call section, HOMES insert in the Virginian-Pilot newspaper as well as published articles in the monthly HRRA publication.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys watching movies, helping homeless and visiting family and friends.
