Here's a little about me before I get to know you, I have worked in an around the Atlanta Metro area for over 20 years and absolutely love this city and all of its surrounding neighborhoods. Our city is just bursting with great restaurants, cultural arts, entertainment and venues galore, I Just love it here! The past eight years I have been fortunate enough to live on Lake Lanier- enjoying everything she has to offer, from swimming, fishing, leisure floating and every water sport you can think of including some we've made up on the fly, i.e. dodge ball skiing, and no handed tubing contests (they don't last long). Learning to navigate Lanier has brought an extra benefit to my lake clients who thoroughly enjoy viewing property by boat. My passion is real estate, and how I fell upon it was not the way most do. I started working for Century 21 Results as an independent contractor in Recruiting. I had been a recruiter for many years and thoroughly enjoyed my work in the field. But being surround daily watching the passion, determination and the thrill of homeownership, the lives being changed and the impact my colleagues had on real lives, well; it just seemed like such thrilling and fulfilling work. It was a little scary to make the change but after only a year of recruiting for Century 21 Results, I got my license and embarked on my new path. I can't tell you enough how smart that leap of faith was for me, I so glad I made the plunge. It is everything I hoped it would be and much more. As your agent, whether you are buying or selling your home, I can leave you with a solemn promise- I will listen to your needs, wants and desires, I will take your vision and I will drive it until the job is done. No one is as driven to sell or find you a home than I am. Just a couple of the things that make me different: I will not only incorporate all of the sales techniques that all agents use, but I like to think outside of the box, go beyond my colleagues- I enjoy bringing new exciting and creative ideas of marketing in to play. For all of my listings, I use professional droning on your exteriors, professional photography and video of home interiors in unique dramatic ways- I use Facebook, Instagram, twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn and many other multi-media sources to find the generation X and Millennial buyers. For my buyers, if I can't find the home you want, I am not afraid to knock on doors of houses you do want and ask a homeowner if they are willing to sell for the right price.
