Greetings! I am Linda Olson and look forward to helping you buy or sell your home. I have been blessed with the privilege of owning property on Spitzer Lake since 1992 and have lived here year round since 2005. I am married with three sons, a daughter-in-law and two amazing grandchildren. I have been licensed to sell Real Estate since 2014. My past education and work history have helped me develop skills to aid in Real Estate sales. I graduated in 1991 with a business major with emphasis in Human Resource Management and a minor in Accounting from Mankato State University. My husband and I are the founding members of the Spitzer Lake Association and are officers of the Association. Our goal is for Spitzer lake home owner's to gain information on ecological issues affecting the lake and to obtain aid when lake issues arise. These goals help to protect our lake, while improving our use and enjoyment of the lake. Spitzer Lake is also joining the Otter Tail County Coalition of Lake Associations (COLA). Bring me your lake property questions...I am happy to help! My sons graduated from Parker's Prairie High School, I work in Battle Lake and live in rural Clitherall. I am familiar with rural areas and the buying and selling of Real Estate in those areas. I'd be happy to work with you!
