With 17 years in the real estate industry, Leonidas Loo can undoubtedly help you find your new

home or first investment. As a Utah County Realtor, Leonidas Loo started his real estate career

as an Investor in Peru and the United States. He knows and understands both sides of the Real

Estate industry. He knows the importance of an experienced real estate professional helping

you in the house-buying process and understands the value of outstanding customer service

that each client deserves.

Leonidas values integrity, ethics, strong work ethics, and commitment to relationships between

professionals and clients. These values make Leonidas always keep his client's best interests in

mind. Leonidas has been practicing law in Peru for 12 years. In 2016 and 2018, he received a

Master's in Comparative Law from Brigham Young University and a Master's in Environmental

Law with an emphasis on Real Estate Law, Real Estate Contract Drafting, and Real Estate

Transactions from the University of Utah. Aside from his Real Estate license, Leonidas holds an

Immigration Consultant Permit issued by the State of Utah. That permit allows him to practice

documentation preparation for those who want to file their immigration paperwork.

His expertise in law and knowledge of contracts and the legal system make him the perfect

candidate to help clients from different nationalities and walk them through the home-buying

process.

Married and father of two toddlers, Leonidas spends his time in outdoor activities with his

family. When not home or working, they travel abroad or on a road trip. Leonidas believes that

greatness always comes from small beginnings.
