Over the years I have had the opportunity to work both as a seller's agent and as a buyers agent. This analysis will help the seller gain a better understanding of how to correctly price their home based on current home values in their area. I can also be a resource for a seller as they prepare to get their home "market ready." I work with several businesses and services that are often needed once an owner decides to put their home on the market. After the Listing Agreement is in place, I hire a professional photographer for all listing and advertising photos. When a seller's home becomes "active," their listing will be advertised through online websites, including Century 21.com, Realtor.com, and several other major listing websites. I can even provide a personal YouTube page for each listing. These sites reach buyers literally all over the world. I also provide sellers with progress reports on all showing activities and keep the seller up to date with all information pertaining to their activity on the listing. I also have years of experience helping buyers get prepared for the home buying process. I have worked with buyers to help them get pre-qualified and prepared to purchase a new home. I work with experienced lenders who have helped several of my buyers from all walks of life get a home loan, even with some credit challenges. I save buyers time and frustration by keeping them notified of new listings as soon as they hit the market. I provide my buyers with an automatic email notification each time a home with their desired criteria goes live. I will also provide them with my personal app to help them navigate through neighborhoods as they are looking for properties to purchase.
