Representing New York Buyers and Sellers, Lalita's enthusiastic, can-do attitude along with a caring and honest nature is ideal for identifying each client's desire and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their Real Estate goals.

Lalita has knowledge in all aspects of the Real Estate process which started in Teaching, Administration, Book-Keeping and then onto Commercial Real Estate, Technology Operations preceding her success in selling real estate. She graduated with a Degree in Computer Technology combining her love for Real Estate with a passion for Technology.

Highly experienced with Multi-Family Transactions, Property Management and Project Management operations. Performing On-boarding and training of new agents at Monticello Real Estate.

Lalita previously worked as an IT Manager at Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Real Estate prior to joining Monticello Real Estate. She is currently a full time Real Estate agent with Monticello Real Estate.
