Graduate of Leadership Mississippi Association of Realtors 2022. GRI Certification received 2023. - Program Manager with the Mississippi Development Authority for 5 years overseeing construction grant projects. - A consultant with Gouras & Associates for 4 years managing incentives packages for cities, counties and commercial developers along with managing water & sewer construction grants. - Laci & Russell have been married since 1997 and they have one daughter, Lily Beth who attends Clinton Public Schools.
