Kathy Riggins relocated to Kentucky from Arkansas with her husband Harvey in 2012. They have been married for thirty-nine years, have two sons Jonathan and Terrance Riggins. She attended the University of Pine Bluff in Arkansas where she majored in Business Administration. She opened her first business in 1989, a child development center. She worked tirelessly in her community and was a member of Chamber of Commerce.

Relocating gave her an opportunity to pursue her long time passion for real estate. Kathy has the perseverance and customer service skills needed to make your next real estate transaction a successful one. As a business owner, she has learned how to be patient, detail oriented and proactive.
