Born and raised in Florida, Kathryn enjoys learning, and is interested in all things business oriented.

Katy's entrepreneur spirit was apparent from a young age, in her teens she sold commissioned paintings. She also subsidized the costs of her extra curricular activities by assistant coaching. Katy's first job was as a lifeguard at Cape Coral's local family waterpark. She took advantage of dual enrollment, which allowed her to graduate High School as she was turning sixteen. After receiving her diploma, Katy relocated to Orlando, Florida for college, and at 17 years old she received her Associates in Business, with a major in Accounting. By her 18th birthday Katy was investing, building her credit and retirement account. Katy began working in the experiential marketing industry, which provided a wealth of travel, and access into many exclusive events. Katy received her FL Real Estate License in 2019 and began selling new construction homes for a local custom builder. Recently, Katy joined the Century 21 Sunbelt team as a full-time agent and is proud to be apart of such a large, well known brand.
