Katherine Kawamoto joined Century 21 Vanguard after a successful corporate career as acontracts and negotiation expert and consultant. She successfully negotiated complex businessdeals with Fortune 500 companies and now brings her experience and professionalism to thelocal real estate market.Katherine has lived in the Dutch Fork/Ballentine area since 1996 when she and her familyrelocated from Los Angeles. She has seen the area grow from a small rural community to avibrant and sought after suburb of downtown Columbia.
