Helping the transferee choose a specific city and neighborhood is through listening to their wants & needs coupled with my 22 years of relocation expertise. The more I educate the transferee on each area, the population, demographics, schools, activities,etc. I will assist in making them more comfortable. My belief is, "the more information the better decision will be made by the transferee". The negotiation skills & networking, will navigate us through the overwhelming process of moving a family to a new location. Meeting the needs, and developing a path for transition with doctors, schools, networks etc., will assure a successful & smooth transition.
