I provide a real estate experience that's uniquely local, fun and highly advantageous for my clients. It's often said "everyone in San Diego came from somewhere else." Three out of every four San Diegans were born elsewhere. I was very fortunate to have been born and raised right here in one of the most desirable areas in the United States, North County, making myself what I would like to think an expert on San Diego. The best part of my job being a military relocation specialist is not only helping my clients finding their new home, but being able to inform them on great places to visit, eat and play in San Diego! I would say my upbringing has helped shaped myself into the top real estate agent I am today. My father, a local contractor, owns and operates a successful contracting business. I grew up watching my mom sell real estate. My husband, Tony Arena, a multi-award winning architect from Chicago, is a local developer. My family could be a one-stop shop for all things home related. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®), which is a designation by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI), I am able to help clients obtain better results in the sale or purchase of their home.
